Meetings and Conferences:
Our various venues can accommodate your next meeting or conference, large or small. In addition to meeting spaces, we provide essential AV equipment, on-site catering, parking services, security, and meeting spaces. No matter your unique needs, the Event Services Department can handle all the details for your next event.
Wedding Receptions:
Loyola University New Orleans is the perfect location for your wedding! Consider booking your ceremony in traditional event spaces, like the Ignatius Chapel or Holy Name of Jesus Church. Following your ceremony, second line over to your reception space in the Danna Student Center, where our catering department can provide you with a variety of high-quality and delicious food and drinks to make your wedding night one that you and your guests will never forget – and you can do all of it without ever having to change locations. Then, after the party, continue your night in the famous French Quarter - just a 20-minute drive from campus!
Overnight Stays (May-July):
Whether you're an intern looking to stay the whole summer or a multi-day conference with meeting space needs, Loyola University New Orleans offers comfortable, safe, and affordable housing accommodations in our five residential halls. We have hosted various overnight groups, including volunteer groups, family reunions, academic conferences, sports camps, and individual stays.
