Loyola University New Orleans Event Services provides a one stop shop for your single day or multiday conference or event. There is space to accommodate your larger gatherings of people up to 500 people. We also have multiple classroom and meeting rooms to allow for break-out sessions requests.
Looking for a space to cut a rug? Loyola University New Orleans Event Services has worked with high schools and other private organizations to plan dance style receptions. Groups have worked with our catering services to provide snacks and drinks, and we offer great amenities so everyone has a great time.
Looking for a space to get your family together? Loyola University New Orleans is able to provide meeting space, recreational space (including a pool), and dining to make your family reunion one that everyone in the family will never forget.
Coming to New Orleans for community service work or another educationally focused experience in the city? Loyola University New Orleans offers housing and meal plan options for groups needing overnight or long term lodging in the city. There is space to accommodate groups staying for just one night or staying for the entire summer.
Hosting a meeting for your organization, club, or group? Event Services offers meeting rooms and services for your one time or recurring meeting in a variety of spaces throughout our campus. Meeting rooms can accommodate 5 to 50 people.
Loyola University New Orleans has space to create the wedding celebration of your dreams. You may book your ceremony in traditional event spaces, the Ignatian Chapel or Holy Name of Jesus Church. Following your ceremony, second line over to one of your reception spaces where our catering department can provide you with a sophisticated palette of food and drink make your wedding memorable. You can do all of this without having to change locations.
