Loyola University New Orleans Event Services provides a one-stop shop for your single-day or multi-day conference or event. There is space to accommodate your larger gatherings of up to 500 people in a variety of setups. We also have multiple classrooms and smaller meeting rooms to allow for breakout sessions. In addition to meeting spaces, we provide basic AV equipment, on-site catering, parking services and security. During the summer months, we can also provide convenient and affordable housing for attendees.
